Vice President of Operations
Beth joined the CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health team in 2011 with over 10 years of fundraising and public relations experience and more than 15 years of experience in human resource management. Beth’s diverse experience includes the private sector, public school, and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health, Beth served as Director of Development and Marketing for the Lancaster Family YMCA Association, leading the organization in multiple fundraising campaigns, including capital campaigns for two new facilities raising more than $14 million dollars. Beth previously served as Director of Human Resources and Public Relations for the Manheim Central School District. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Administration from Muhlenberg College.
Born and raised in Margate, New Jersey, Beth has called Lancaster County home for almost 30 years. She lives in Manheim Township with her husband and dog and has two grown children.
