Join us in our efforts to create something unique in the Lancaster, PA Community. Our behavioral health program is dedicated to creating systems of psychiatric and behavioral health care the put children and families first. We recognize that for children to have the best opportunity to grow up happy and healthy we have to address their needs as a part of a system rather than in isolation. This new psychiatrist position works in collaboration with our lead child and adolescent psychiatrist to form the foundation upon which our behavioral health program for parents and caregivers is built.
The ideal candidate will bring both a strong clinical background and knowledge as well as an innovative leadership style to help grow our program as the clinical lead for our growing parent and caregivers program. The candidate should have a keen understanding of the unique and complex needs facing today’s families.
