CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health is seeking qualified candidates with financial services and accounting experience to serve as our Manager – Financial Operations. The position will support and monitor the financial operations of both our behavioral health programs and our schools. The role includes engagement with both medical billing and reimbursement as well as tuition management and offers the successful applicant a diverse and engaging range of responsibilities.

So much of the world of behavioral health is often dictated not by patient need but by insurance policies and requirements. What would it be like to work in a world where patient and family needs come first and payment is an afterthought? While this may sound like a fantasy it is the bedrock upon which CHI St. Joseph Children’s Health has built our family-focused approach to behavioral health. We are currently seeking qualified candidates for our new Parent and Caregiver Program.

This new psychiatrist position works in collaboration with our lead child and adolescent psychiatrist to form the foundation upon which our behavioral health program for parents and caregivers is built.

The ideal candidate will bring both a strong clinical background and knowledge as well as an innovative leadership style to help grow our program as the clinical lead for our growing parent and caregivers program. The candidate should have a keen understanding of the unique and complex needs facing today’s families.
